Kyle and I first met online while I was on a girls' trip to Wilmington, North Carolina. Though our connection was instant, life and distance (me in Alexandria, VA, and him in NC) had other plans, and we lost touch. But as fate would have it, Kyle reached out again in January 2020, and from that moment, we’ve been inseparable.

The pandemic brought challenges for many, but for us, it brought time—precious time to really get to know each other. A planned visit to see Kyle in North Carolina turned into an extended stay filled with laughter, adventures, and the joy of discovering we were meant to be. By August, Kyle was out of the USMC and made the big move to Alexandria to be with me.

In 2021, we traded the seasons of Virginia for the sunshine of Florida. But after some time in eternal summer, we realized that the rhythm of four seasons was more our speed. So in 2022, we made our way back to Virginia, where our hearts felt most at home.

On July 2, 2023, under the breathtaking Natural Bridge, Kyle asked me to marry him—a moment as magical as the place itself. Less than a year later, on May 29, 2024, we welcomed the most beautiful addition to our story: our daughter, Ella.

Every twist and turn in our journey has led us here, to this celebration of love, family, and forever. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with all of you on our wedding day!
