Can I bring kids?
As much as we love kids, we want you to put on your dancing shoes, let your hair down and really enjoy yourself. No kids are allowed.
Is there ride-share service in Medellin?
The quick and convenient way to get around in Medellin is through Uber. Some other cable car lines are available as well as taxis. However, Uber is the safest way to go. Transportation is cheap and plentiful.
Make sure you call your bank or credit card company to notify them of your travel plans in order to ensure all transactions go through.
Are there tolls in Medellin?
Yes. You will have to pay in Colombian Pesos.
Do they accept Apple Pay?
Not all places accept Apple Pay, please travel with a physical credit card as well. Other acceptable payment methods are Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa (based upon location).
Is there a Visa requirement?
1. Haitian Passport Holders, follow the instructions on the following website. You must ensure your visa is valid for at least 180 days from your arrival date. https://www.handyvisas.com/visa-policy/colombia/
2. American Passport Holders, there are no visa requirements. However, the Check-Mig for Colombia is an obligatory requirement to enter or leave Colombia. Submit an online application here. Complete it the day prior to your departure.
