Q: When and where is the wedding taking place?

A: We're getting hitched on July 6, 2024 in a private ceremony at Thad's Ranch, but would love for everyone to join us for the reception at 6pm at Hotel La Bonte.

Q: Can we RSVP online?

A: Absolutely! Head over to our "RSVP" page, where you can let us know if you'll be joining the celebration.

Q: What should I wear to the wedding?

A: Dress code: it's a street dance so go western or dress up! Whatever you would like (reception and dancing will be outdoors)

Q: Will there be accommodation options nearby?

A: Yes, we've secured room blocks at the Holiday Inn in Douglas. However there is also many more hotels in the area including: Sleep Inn & Suites, Douglas Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Super 8, and Hotel La Bonte.

Q: Are kids welcome at the wedding?

A: We love kiddos! As you can see by our wedding party that is entirely made up of kids ( and our own Jentry as the maid of honor) The reception is family-friendly, please just let us know if you're bringing your tiny tots when you RSVP.

Q: What's on the menu?

A: Foodies, rejoice! We'll be serving a delicious Mexican buffet from one of our favorite Douglas restaurants Ramos Cafe.

Q: What's the plan for the day?

A: We have a full night of celebration lined up full of music, drinks and dancing! Although the wedding is private, the reception will begin at 6pm with cocktail hour, followed by dinner at 6:30 and then move outside to have a good Ol' Wyoming Street Dance with The Lendon James Band beginning at 7:30!

A: We want you to have a blast, so if you'd like to bring a plus one, please indicate that when you RSVP.

A: Hotel La Bonte can be found in downtown Douglas. The address is 206 Walnut St, Douglas, WY 82633

Q: What's the plan for the after-party?

A: We're keeping the party going! Although the music ends at 11:00, the bar will be open till 2 am! Please feel free to stay and continue the party with us!
