Then, on May 1, 2023, David replied to one of Thaiza's Instagram stories, and that sparked their first real chat. A week later, they went on their first date, and guess what? It ended with their first kiss!

Their families met twenty days later, and a month passed by and Thaiza started to feel stronger feelings for David, she poured her heart into a letter, saying that she loved him. And you know what? David felt the same way! So, three months later, they decided to make it official.

After getting her dad's thumbs-up, David popped the question asking if Thaiza wanted to be his girlfriend on August 4, 2023, and she said yes with a big smile. Fueled by love, God's confirmation, and lots of laughs, they knew they were a perfect match.
