Our Story

They met in April, 2018 on a porch in Brooklyn, NY. He was there to pick up his boy and she was there to hangout with her girls. His friend said “Stan this is Thalia, she’s a good girl.” “Thalia this is Stan, he’s a good dude”. “Whatever happens from here I’m not responsible for.” They said “hello”, he said “you first”. Not knowing this would be the first of many acts of chivalry he would show her.&nbsp;Meeting each other at a place in life where they both had hurts, barriers , and a list of items that they just weren’t going to do for anyone else ever again. They lightly discussed a future and what that could look like, calculating the barriers as they built a friendship bigger than the relationship. In November of 2019, Stanley realized that one of her barriers was one of the barriers that he really needed. And she realized it too. They separated to give room for one of the biggest accomplishments of his life. With the belief that their friendship would be all they would have.They hung out together from time to time as he was preparing for his big arrival. Him asking “how to” questions and her sharing her knowledge of the “process”. Him checking to see if her assignments were completed and how she did on her exams. Knowing that he was preparing his heart for his new chapter of his life, they believed did not include each other. It was this chapter of their life that determined the strength of their friendship. During the height of the pandemic they went grocery shopping for the elderly and delivered them, and collected clothing for children. This time apart helped them see each other in a different way. As just friends with no relationship expectations. On December 31, 2020, on their way to celebrate New Year’s at their favorite place. Stanley said “I’m the happy, I have everything I want. I have my baby and I have you”. It was then they decided that they would become an exclusive couple. It was then, they began to plan some of the things they only “talked” about when they first met.&nbsp; In March of 2024, they decided that they would break one of their rules while making a new one. “We will never live with anyone else ever again! Because this is forever!” On May 19, 2025, Stanley asked Thalia to marry him. And she said “OF COURSE!,” On Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 7pm, in Brooklyn, NY Thalia and Stanley request the honor of your presence as they say yes to forever!&nbsp;#foreverallman2025!
