There will be an RSVP card in your invitation with a return envelope already addressed! Please send the RSVPs back by the date listed so we can give the venue an accurate headcount.

We have rooms blocked at the Hotel Indigo in downtown West Chester located at 39 E Gay St, West Chester, PA 19380 for a discounted rate of $179/night.

There is parking at the venue, but if you choose to park at the hotel, there is a parking garage around the corner on Walnut Street. We will also be providing a shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel! Parking Garage: 14 E Chestnut Street, West Chester, PA 19380.

The drive is about 25-30 minutes but be mindful of time to check in to any hotel you are staying at and get to the venue from there! It is also a Saturday on a holiday weekend!
