Parking is free in the city of Elgin. Please adhere to any posted restrictions, including temporary restrictions, seasonal regulations and temporary closures.

Unless otherwise marked, all on-street parking spaces are limited to two hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

City-owned surface lots and parking decks offer free parking for up to 72 hours. Additional parking restrictions are posted where applicable.
