Our Wedding

Michael’s story: Theresa and I had met through some friends one night at the bars. About a week later we ran into each other again at the bars and we got each other’s numbers. After a while of talking to each other I finally worked up the strength to ask her to go out for drinks together one night and that night turn into one of the best nights I could have hoped for. All night her smile and laughter was radiating off of her and I was head over heels for her already. The more we hung out, the more I got to know the amazing, beautiful, strong, confident, and how smart Theresa was. We’ve both been found to have super competitive feature when it comes to card games, board games, and the occasional video game if I can actually get her to play with me. We both participate in rec league volleyball teams. We’ve had two amazing trips to Myrtle Beach and San Diego and we’re looking forward to many more of our yearly trips. Even though we are complete opposites in her being a social butterfly and me keeping to myself, somehow we’ve made perfect match at making it work. In more than two years of knowing Theresa, she keeps me on my toes and still amazes me with the person she is and how much she means to me and what she’s done for me.   Theresa’s story: While hanging out with different people Michael and I made eye contact, and being the social butterfly I am I said hello. After running into each other a couple more times I could tell Michael, being the VERY shy man he is, was interested in asking me out. So of course I had to make it hard. But I am so glad I said yes. I have now spent the last two years laughing and making wonderful memories. Michael reminds me that it is okay to be loud, extravagant, extra, wild, and totally myself. He also is the one person that reminds me to take a breath, slow down, and live in the moment. I am blessed beyond belief that I get to continue to grow and experience life with my best friend!
