Room and Board/Accommodations

Guests will be placed in rooms on the castle property. The cost per night per room is $210. Payments must be made to our wedding planner, Lisa Bauer no later than April 15th. Please email Lisa at lisa@tartanweddings.com with "Fraser Wedding" in the subject line. Lisa takes payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or a mailed check.


Upon arrival at the castle, you will be shown to your accommodations. If you have questions regarding your stay, you can always ask us or Lisa directly.

Food

Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen. They are all stocked with essentials for breakfast (bread, butter, eggs, sausage, milk ect). You are more than welcome to bring other provisions if you would like.


Check in on Tuesday is anytime after 2pm. The welcome party will start at 6pm and include grazing boards and a fish and chips truck.


Lunch will be served before the ceremony around noon on Wednesday.


The farewell brunch will be in the dining room starting at 10:30am on Thursday before guests check out at 12pm.

Kilt Rental

Lisa (our planner) will be compiling an order for kilt rentals. Kilt rentals include everything in your outfit from head to toe (kilt, socks, shoes, shirt, jacket, tie ect.)


If you would like to rent a kilt please visit https://www.mccalls.co.uk/ and go to "kilt hire". From there, you can customize the exact outfit you want by clicking "build your own outfit".


When you have picked out your perfect outfit, you will see a code below the image. Please put that code in an email to Theresa and Evan at foreverafraser@gmail.com. You can pick up your kilt rental either in Edinburgh or Aberdeen (and you can return your kilt rental to either) but you must include which city you will pick it up from in your email. Payment for the rental will be made when you pick up your kilt.
