Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional. Floor length dresses and formal tuxedos or suits.

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements. Please make sure to include this with your RSVP so we can work with the caterer.

We will be providing a shuttle service from the affiliated hotel. You can signup for transportation at the front desk. We will be running this service before and after the reception, but it will not be available for the ceremony.

For the ceremony, the church will have designated parking as well as street parking. Car pooling is encouraged. For the reception, please park in the Belle Voir parking lot located to the right as you enter Pen Ryn Estate. There will be a person at the front as well to guide you where you need to go!

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.
