We are high school sweet hearts who fell in love our junior year when we were seventeen. That time in our lives was so fun, simple, and beautiful. Being together was something that made life so good for the both of us. We've since gone to college, Maria at the Air Force Academy and me at the University of Nebraska. We've let our relationship sail through the sea of long distance and all of the chaos of these years. Together, and in different cities, we've grown so much. I asked Maria to marry me last March on Mt. Herman, a spot that is been a reoccurring place for us to hammock with a view when I am in Colorado. We cherish all of the little and big moments we have shared in the last five years, and we are so excited for the blessings to come.
