Yes. The dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit (any color) and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. Jeans are strictly prohibited per venue policy.

All guests should arrive to the venue by 3:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m.

Yes. There are three parking lots (Main Steet, Stargazer, and Henry Clay) within walking distance of the venue. The Main Street lot is accessible by turning left off of main street into the lot. The Stargazer lot is accessible by turning right on 6th street then turning right at the stop sign. The lot will be on the right. The Henry Clay Lot is accessible by turning right on 6th street then turning left at the stop sign. The lot will be on the right. Additionally, Main Street offers open public parking on both sides of the street.

Yes. There will be an approximate 1 hour gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception. Guests are allowed to remain at the venue as refreshments and small hors d'oeuvres will be served.

In the spirit of throwing the biggest party of 2025, there will be an open bar. We ask that guests bring cash to tip the bartender.

The final song will begin at 10:20 p.m. The venue requires everyone to be out by 11:00 p.m.

Yes. All guests age 21 and over are invited to a pre-wedding celebration on the evening of Friday, May 23rd at Derby City Gaming, 4520 Popular Level Road, Louisville, KY 40213.
