Free Bus System

Vail has an amazing in-town shuttle bus service running from village to village. In fact, the town's bus service is considered to be the largest free transportation system in the country offering its guests timely service to and from Vail Mountain and throughout town. Please ask your concierge for a printed schedule.

Uber is newer to Vail, and therefore has a shortage of drivers and surge pricing and peak times.

Event Transportation

Part of the reason we chose Vail as our wedding location is that everything is easy to walk to. From Vail Village we’ll take the enclosed gondola up to the 10th for the ceremony and reception. All other weekend events will be within Vail Village and accessible by walking/free Vail bus system.

Vail is a fabulous adventure destination for a family; it makes for the perfect vacation, especially with the holiday weekend! While we welcome kids to enjoy Colorado, we do ask that our wedding and related events be child free so all attending can relax and enjoy!

There are several babysitting services that come highly recommended from our team. These babysitting services will ask you about your children’s ages and specific needs so they may bring age appropriate toys and pair you with the perfect nanny for the evening. All are vetted, experienced and we highly recommend!
