Our Wedding

It all started with a swipe. We matched on Bumble and started chatting on Feb 3rd, 2024 and after exchanging a few messages, we had our first date at Jose's Mexican Restaurant on Feb 5th. The following week, Thomas sent a box of chocolate covered strawberries to Kristie's work for Valentine's Day with a note signed "from your future husband." Kristie was, in fact, not at work that day, and the strawberries were enjoyed by her coworkers and Kristie was interrogated via texts about this new man. Although a skeptic of the "when you know, you know" saying, it only took a few more days for Kristie's feelings to catch up to Thomas's. For the both of us, it didn't take long to know this was a forever kind of thing. We've grown so much as a couple and as individuals during our time together and we look forward to a lifetime of learning and loving each other.

Honky-tonk bars, live country music venues, bachelorette's on party buses, and maybe even a celebrity sighting, Broadway is a must visit while visiting Music City!

Downtown Nashville & Broadway

This is a great spot for a short walk around the pond, sit on the steps of an exact replica of the Parthenon, play yard games in the open fields, and feed the ducks!

Centennial Park and The Parthenon

Visit the beautiful Bicentennial Park and Nashville Farmer's Market. The Park has a lot of Tennessee history all around the park and you get a good view of the capitol building. If history is your thing, there is a Tennessee State Museum on the property. If shopping and eating is more your thing, they also have a huge farmers market on the property that has booths that local artisans set up and local restaurants also have booths set up inside.

Bicentennial Park and Farmers Market

This is always a cool place to go if you’re visiting Nashville. They always have seasonal exhibits and now have the largest Komodo dragon habitat in the country.

Nashville Zoo

This is a cool place where singer/songwriters come and round their new songs or most popular songs. You may see the next country star on this stage!

The Listening Room

This is a local comedy club. I have been to several of their shows and always leave with tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard!

Zanies Comedy Club

This is the coolest hotel in all of Nashville. While it may be out of your price range to stay here, you should definitely pay a visit to the hotel during your trip here in Nashville. It is a huge indoor greenhouse with waterfalls, greenery, riverboat ride, gazeboes, and restaurants nestled in between all of this. It is also home to a large indoor water park that can be utilized year round.
