Where is the party located?

All events take place at the same location. Paviljoen Het Buitenhuis 9 Ficarystraat, Ewijk, GE, 6644 KR, Netherlands

How to know if I'm counted as international guest?

If you are living outside of the Netherlands you are counted as a international guest.

What is the beach party?

In the Netherlands and the U.S. it is common for weddings to end earlier before 1:00 AM, while in the Polish culture weddings go until 7;00 AM. To carry the Polish tradition our venue offers to setup a campfire by the beach with our own drinks and music starting at 1:00 after the formal wedding party ends. We will provide the food and drinks and encourage all of you who are staying at the venue to keep the party going! Change of clothes is also recommended especially shoes.

Where will all the guest be coming from?

We will have guests from all over the world representing 19 countries and six continents. Due to this it will be a true international wedding and we ask everyone to accept and understand the culture differences you may experience vs what you are expecting from a traditional Dutch, American, or Polish wedding.

In what language will the ceremony be conducted?

The bride does not speak Dutch and the groom does not speak Polish. Due to this reason, the ceremony will be in the English language. Most of our guests also speak English as a common language with a few exceptions that only speak Dutch, Polish, or Spanish. At this moment in time, we do not plan on providing translations during the ceremony.

How many people will be attending ?

We expect to have anywhere from 110-120 people attending.

Will there be accommodation for people living in the Netherlands?

We will offer our international guests a place to stay from Friday - Monday. For our guests living in the Netherlands we will offer a place to stay the evening of the wedding May 25th. Albeit it will not be a full vacation home like our international guests will receive, they will be "buitenhuisjes" more of a camping setting. We will have room for 20 people to stay the night for just that evening on a first reserve first come basis. Overnachten - Paviljoen het Buitenhuis (paviljoenbuitenhuis.nl)

Will transportation be arranged?

Everyone is expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
