We will be providing a shuttle service the day of the wedding to and from the hotel/venue!
This hotel has a restaurant and bar, is located about 10 minutes from downtown Newport and 15 minutes from the wedding venue.
This hotel does not require a two night stay. You are welcome to book one night or several - happy booking!
Please be advised that the room block will expire 60 days prior to the wedding, so be sure to book by May 13th in order to get the rates below).
HOWEVER we HIGHLY suggest booking before the end of March as the room blocks are expected to fill quickly with the amount of guests we have traveling, booking outside the room blocks after they expire/fill will be costly. (Hotels in Newport area for July can run you $400+ easily).

Transportation & Parking
Although we are providing valet service at The Regatta Place, we prefer our guests not drink and drive! For valet, simply drive to the Regatta Place and say you are there for the Pydynkowski/Rogers Wedding (no need to tip, we have taken care of this for you).
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE:
*There will only be one pickup at each hotel. Please be sure you are ready to board the bus 10 minutes prior to departure*
4:30 pm- Coach Bus DEPARTS Hampton Inn & Suites
4:45 pm - Coach Bus DEPARTS Ramada
RETURN SERVICE
Shuttle will begin bringing guests back to the hotel(s) as early as 9:30 pm
The bus will take a trip at 11:00 to the hotels.
1:00 am will be the final shuttle to take remaining party goers back to the hotels

This hotel is where Matt & Tia will be staying. This hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, while our other option does, and is slightly more expensive! So the choice is yours! Additionally, this hotel does not require a two night stay either.
This hotel also offers free parking, is located right next to an Applebee's, and is also conveniently 5 minutes from Newport, and 10 minutes from the wedding venue.
Both hotels will have shuttle service to and from the wedding.
