When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 1, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume that you are not attending and mark you as "no".
What should I wear?
To help bring our vision of elegance to life, we kindly request that all guests attend wearing black formal attire. Alternatively, dark colours would be suitable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the dress code!
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your children, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you understand and use this as an opportunity to take the night off and have fun with us!
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend arriving no earlier then 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
Will we need to drive in between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
No! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all taking place at the same venue. Once your vehicle is parked for the ceremony, you are set for the night!
At the end of the night, will there be any services available to transport us back to our hotels/airbnbs?
Yes! It is important to us that everyone has fun but we also want to ensure that everyone gets home safely at the end of the night. Therefore, there will be taxi's and Dedicated Designated Drivers (drives you and your vehicle home) available to you whenever you are ready to end your night.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras?
Absolutely! We would love nothing more then for you to take pictures throughout the evening and share them with us. However, we are having an unplugged ceremony. During this time, please refrain from taking photos as we have our lovely photographers for that, as well as make sure your phones are turned off or on "silent".
What about the bar?
We are having a toonie bar. Yay! Last call is at 1:00am.
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoor.
Will there be a place to hang my jacket for the evening?
Yes! We will have an area for everyone to safely hang their jackets outside of the reception space.
