Please wear formal attire. We will have the majority of our wedding inside in the enclosed tent. Cocktail hour may be outside if the weather is nice. While the interior of the tent has brick flooring it may be wise to bring an extra pair of shoes for outside incase needed, along with a coat/ jacket. Don't forget your dance shoes to hit the dance floor! No white please ~ thank you!

Yes, the tent has a commercial heater if it’s chilly. There are also fans incase it’s warm.

We will have a buffet style dinner served by Independence Callander. Please let the bride & groom know while you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.

Yes, there’s parking at the venue if you don't require the bus. Vehicles can be left over night and MUST be picked up between the hours of 9:00am- 1:00PM Pm on Sunday. * Any vehicles left on the property after 2:00pm are at the risk of being towed.

Yes, we will have a tonnie bar. All alcoholic drinks will be $2.00 each, non alcoholic drinks are free!

If you’re not taking the shuttle please arrive for 3:45pm but no earlier than 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

Yes, we will be having an unplugged Ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer and content creator to capture all the ceremony moments. Please turn off your phones and be in the present moment with us. There will be lots of time for photos after the ceremony!
