The ceremony & reception are both completely outdoors so please dress accordingly to weather. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, we are just so happy to have you celebrating with us!

We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting so everyone can be seated for the ceremony!

We kindly ask that phones are kept away during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to take beautiful pictures of our day & we want her to capture the joy of the moment for everyone. Everyone will be able to see the photos after!

We will have some parking spots reserved. If you need parking accommodations please reach out to us in advanced.

We do not have a specific hotel with a block of rooms. However, there are several hotels located on the north end of Cedar Rapids on Collins Road. (Check Travel page for more info) Approximately a 15 minute drive from the venue. We also will not have a shuttle or transportation system. Please drink responsibly.
