We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Sevierville, Tennessee, surrounded by mountain views, cozy cabins, and southern charm. Below you’ll find everything you need to plan your trip with ease.

Lodging

Group Cabin

We’ve reserved an Airbnb cabin for select guests to stay together during the wedding weekend! • Cabin Address:761 Bethlehem Way Sevierville, TN 37876 • Check-In: Friday, January 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM • Check-Out: Monday, February 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM This large mountain cabin includes a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and beautiful views.  If you’re staying in the group cabin, we’ll share room assignments and carpool details closer to the date.

Nearby Hotels

For guests preferring their own space, there are plenty of great hotels nearby: 	•	The Ridge Outdoor Resort – upscale cabins, glamping, and RV sites 	•	Fairfield Inn & Suites Sevierville Kodak – convenient and modern 	•	Margaritaville Island Hotel (Pigeon Forge) – fun resort atmosphere 	•	The Appalachian Lodge (Gatlinburg) – cozy mountain-town feel We recommend booking early — winter is peaceful in the Smokies, but cabins and hotels can fill up quickly.

Travel

Driving

Many guests will be driving from Florida — it’s a scenic and fairly easy road trip!    • From Jacksonville, FL: about 7.5 hours (475 miles) via I-95 N and I-40 W   • From Orlando, FL: about 9 hours (600 miles) via I-75 N and I-40 E  We recommend carpooling where possible or breaking up the trip with a stop in Atlanta, GA or Macon, GA for a fun overnight rest if you’d rather not drive straight through.

Flying

If you prefer to fly, the nearest airport is:  McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN — approximately 45 minutes from Sevierville.  Rental cars are available at the airport, and we recommend renting one for the weekend to explore the area comfortably.

Take a scenic drive, enjoy peaceful walking trails, or visit overlooks like Newfound Gap and Clingmans Dome (weather permitting). The winter views are breathtaking!

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Shops, restaurants, and the famous Great Smoky Mountain Wheel — a fun spot for casual dining, shopping, and photos.

The Island in Pigeon Forge

Ride the SkyLift up the mountain for panoramic views, then walk across the SkyBridge — the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America.

Even though Dollywood is closed, Ober stays open year-round with winter tubing, indoor ice skating, and scenic chair lifts. Perfect for a fun group outing!

Arrival & Welcome Night

Friday, January 30, 2026

• 4:00 PM – Airbnb Cabin Check-In (761 Bethlehem Way, Sevierville, TN 37876) • Guests staying in the group cabin can settle in, unpack, and relax after traveling. • Evening: Enjoy a cozy welcome gathering at the cabin — casual food, drinks, and time to unwind together by the fire or hot tub!   For guests staying at nearby hotels, feel free to stop by the cabin to say hello or stay for a casual dinner.

Saturday, January 31, 2026

•	Morning: Relax, enjoy breakfast, and get ready for the big day.•	Afternoon: Ceremony &amp; Reception — 4PM at 761 Bethlehem Way Sevierville, TN 37876. •	Evening: Dinner, games, and celebration surrounded by mountain views and the people we love most. Dress Code: Mountain Chic — elegant but comfortable for a cozy Smoky Mountain setting.

Relax & Explore

Sunday, February 1, 2026 

After the wedding festivities, spend the day soaking up more of the Smoky Mountains! Ideas: 	•	Brunch in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg 	•	Scenic drive through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 	•	Shopping or exploring local attractions 	•	Relax at the cabin with friends and family before heading home

We ask everyone to please respect the rules provided by the hosts of the cabin, so we can enjoy this relaxing weekend together and keep this cabin beautiful. Please keep in mind this is someone else's home and we are all guests. We can't wait to celebrate with you all! If you have any questions, please reach out to us!

Cabin Venue Rules

Mountain Chic — think elegant, cozy, and comfortable. For the ceremony: semi-formal or dressy casual (think flowy dresses, nice jumpsuits, button-downs, sweaters, dress pants, or boots). For evenings: bring a warm layer — January nights in the mountains can get chilly.
