Nothing about our relationship has been "normal". We met for the first time in a hotel in Huntsville after meeting online on Eharmony in 2024. I was living in Florida and Jonathan was working as a welder in Indiana.

Our first date was at a botanical garden in Huntsville. It was one of the best days ever! We revisited it in September of 2025 to relive the memories.

Fast forward a couple of months of long-distance dating, Jonathan moved from Indiana into my apartment in Florida. It was a big step but like I said nothing was "normal" about our relationship. However, living together for over a year now has made us a stronger couple.

Living with Jonathan was like living with my best friend. We decided that since we both grew up with dogs to add more members of our family. Meet Lily and Yoshi. Lily is a Pitbull and Yoshi is a German Shepard/Pitbull. Both adopted from Santa Rosa Animal Shelter.

When I first moved out to Pensacola at 18 for college, I bought Oliver as a friend and then decided Ollie needed a friend so adopted Milo. Jonathan adored my bunnies even if they get zoomies and make all kinds of noises. But don't worry Milo and Ollie don't mind having the dogs and Jonathan around 😉

After living together, meeting family (even at my grandmother's funeral for the first time, shout out to Jonathan for that), getting two dogs, and just loving life. Jonathan asked me to marry him, and of course, I said YES
