Proverbs 3:5-6“Trust in the lord with all of your heart, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge him in all of your ways, and he will direct your path straight”&nbsp; This scripture really speaks to both of us leading into our relationship. For many years it had seemed we were leading our own path forward.&nbsp;Each path led to a dead end and each dead end unknowingly brought us closer to God and closer to each other. We both got to a point in our lives where God became our focus. We were tired of trusting in our own ways and decided to put our attention on him. We asked for his will to be done and prayed that one day he would introduce us to a partner that was equally yoked. Our prayers were answered on 7/26/24 when we met at a restaurant for our first introduction. We greeted each other outside and instantly smiled from ear to ear. The excitement had been building thanks to a few days of conversations prior to meeting. We both wanted so badly for this to be a Christ centered start to something long term. After settling in, the questioning began. Tiffany was so prepared with her questions, asking Brian deep and personal things (he was shocked at how direct she was lol). She wanted to know exactly who was sitting in front of her. Brian quickly told her no matter what the question was he would be honest with her.&nbsp;The next few hours we fell in love with each other’s hearts, our honesty and acceptance of one another.&nbsp;Little did we know our stories aligned and the beauty of our struggles had led us to Jesus. By the time we were saying our goodbyes we couldn’t stop smiling.&nbsp;We smiled so long that the muscles in our cheeks were sore and continued to be to this day. Laughter has been an everyday gift in our relationship as past hurts and traumas have been diminishing. So much restoration has come to our hearts from the love we have for each other and God. We live about 2.5 hours away from one another, yet this did not discourage us from seeing each other.&nbsp;Commuting to and from each other’s houses almost every weekend from the start was something we both were happy to do. We quickly intertwined our lives with many introductions to friends and family.&nbsp;Everyone could instantly see the happiness and love we had for each other.&nbsp; Since the first time we met we have been building lasting memories in our love story. In a short period of time, we travelled to California, Hawaii, Navada and Oregon. From snowboarding on Stevens Pass to boogie boarding on the Northshore in Hawaii, there hasn’t been much we have said, “no” to. The exciting day finally came for the big proposal on the mountain top of Oahu.&nbsp;This was a special moment shared with both of Brian’s kids, Ava and Aayden. Getting their full support with marrying Tiffany was such a blessing. They have seen the happiness, love, and care that Tiffany has brought to their dad’s life, which has been very important to them.&nbsp;The way God has brought us all together to be one family is incredible.&nbsp;God knew all the broken pieces from each of our lives and he put them all back together to make both of our heart’s whole again.&nbsp;We couldn’t feel more grateful and loved by our Father knowing he picked us for each other.&nbsp;We are each other’s greatest gift from Him. We have been so blessed and fortunate to all our friends and family that have supported us since day one.&nbsp;We want to give a personal thank you to each of you by inviting you to our wedding. It will be the day when God officially writes his approval on this forever story. Each of you has played great roles in our lives and we hope to honor you as you honor us. Please join us on August 24th to celebrate our marriage and give glory to God.&nbsp;

Guests travelling from the Seattle area will need to take the Edmonds to Kingston Ferry to get to the Hood Canal Vista Pavilion where the wedding ceremony and reception will be held. It is about a 30 minute ferry ride. Please check the ferry schedule for the day you are arriving. I would recommend taking the morning ferry in case you don't make it on the first ferry. The wait times are very long in the summer, so please allow yourself enough time to get to the wedding venue.

Edmonds Ferry Terminal

This hotel is 12 minutes from the Hood Canal Vista Pavilion where the wedding ceremony and reception will take place. This hotel doesnt offer room blocks, so please book your room reservation as soon as possible. 

The Point Casino & Hotel

Family and friends that would like to stay near the Hanson and Anthony homes would want to book this hotel. It is about a 15-minute drive to either house from this hotel. The Edmonds to Kingston ferry terminal is about 22 minutes from this hotel.
