Our Wedding

We&nbsp;found&nbsp;love&nbsp;during&nbsp;COVID-19!&nbsp;While&nbsp;most&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;world&nbsp;was&nbsp;falling&nbsp;apart,&nbsp;we&nbsp;were&nbsp;falling&nbsp;in&nbsp;love&nbsp;&lt;3. Ok,&nbsp;all&nbsp;cheesiness&nbsp;aside&nbsp;we&nbsp;did&nbsp;meet&nbsp;June&nbsp;5,&nbsp;2020.&nbsp;Anchorage&nbsp;had&nbsp;just&nbsp;lifted&nbsp;the&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;Quarantine&nbsp;and&nbsp;after&nbsp;weeks,&nbsp;maybe&nbsp;months,&nbsp;I&nbsp;can't&nbsp;remember,&nbsp;of&nbsp;being&nbsp;stuck&nbsp;inside&nbsp;it&nbsp;was&nbsp;time&nbsp;to&nbsp;get&nbsp;out&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;bit&nbsp;of&nbsp;social&nbsp;life!&nbsp;Well,&nbsp;I'd&nbsp;been&nbsp;stuck&nbsp;in&nbsp;my&nbsp;condo&nbsp;working&nbsp;remote,&nbsp;but&nbsp;Andrew&nbsp;had&nbsp;been&nbsp;out&nbsp;and&nbsp;about&nbsp;in&nbsp;rural&nbsp;Alaska&nbsp;working&nbsp;rather&nbsp;than&nbsp;stuck&nbsp;inside.&nbsp;As&nbsp;fate&nbsp;would&nbsp;have&nbsp;it,&nbsp;Andrew&nbsp;was&nbsp;passing&nbsp;through&nbsp;Anchorage,&nbsp;from&nbsp;Bethel&nbsp;down&nbsp;to&nbsp;King&nbsp;Salmon,&nbsp;and&nbsp;would&nbsp;be&nbsp;in&nbsp;town&nbsp;for&nbsp;a&nbsp;night.&nbsp;I&nbsp;went&nbsp;downtown&nbsp;with&nbsp;my&nbsp;people,&nbsp;Andrew&nbsp;went&nbsp;downtown&nbsp;with&nbsp;his&nbsp;people&nbsp;and&nbsp;we&nbsp;both&nbsp;ended&nbsp;up&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Pioneer&nbsp;Bar.&nbsp;I&nbsp;wish&nbsp;I&nbsp;could&nbsp;say&nbsp;we&nbsp;met&nbsp;somewhere&nbsp;other&nbsp;than&nbsp;a&nbsp;dive&nbsp;bar,&nbsp;but&nbsp;I&nbsp;can't.&nbsp;I&nbsp;guess&nbsp;it&nbsp;doesn't&nbsp;really&nbsp;matter&nbsp;where&nbsp;we&nbsp;met,&nbsp;what's&nbsp;important&nbsp;is&nbsp;that&nbsp;we&nbsp;met&nbsp;😊 Two&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;half&nbsp;years&nbsp;later,&nbsp;we&nbsp;adopted&nbsp;our&nbsp;pups,&nbsp;Tippy,&nbsp;and&nbsp;life&nbsp;became&nbsp;even&nbsp;better.&nbsp;Three&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;half&nbsp;years&nbsp;later&nbsp;and&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;random&nbsp;Friday&nbsp;night,&nbsp;Andrew&nbsp;sets&nbsp;a&nbsp;ring&nbsp;in&nbsp;front&nbsp;of&nbsp;me&nbsp;and&nbsp;asks&nbsp;"Will&nbsp;this&nbsp;make&nbsp;your&nbsp;hand&nbsp;feel&nbsp;better?"&nbsp;(My&nbsp;hand&nbsp;was&nbsp;fresh&nbsp;out&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;cast&nbsp;post&nbsp;a&nbsp;mild&nbsp;fracture.)&nbsp;Now&nbsp;we&nbsp;are&nbsp;getting&nbsp;married!!! We&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;celebrate&nbsp;this&nbsp;wonderful&nbsp;occasion&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;people&nbsp;who&nbsp;have&nbsp;been&nbsp;influential&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;life&nbsp;and&nbsp;helped&nbsp;shape&nbsp;us&nbsp;into&nbsp;the&nbsp;human&nbsp;beings&nbsp;we&nbsp;are.&nbsp;That&nbsp;is&nbsp;YOU.&nbsp;Without&nbsp;you&nbsp;feeding&nbsp;into&nbsp;our&nbsp;lives,&nbsp;we&nbsp;would&nbsp;be&nbsp;different&nbsp;people.&nbsp;Different&nbsp;people&nbsp;that&nbsp;may&nbsp;not&nbsp;have&nbsp;fallen&nbsp;in&nbsp;love.&nbsp;That&nbsp;means&nbsp;YOU&nbsp;have&nbsp;been&nbsp;a&nbsp;part&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;story,&nbsp;and&nbsp;that&nbsp;is&nbsp;why&nbsp;we&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;celebrate&nbsp;with&nbsp;you&nbsp;:)
