Our attire is BLACK cocktail. Think: black dresses for ladies (knee length & longer) and black slacks/shirt for men or black tux. Meaning the outfit must be ALL BLACK, prints are allowed but no other color please. TRUST THE PROCESS :)

We have hotel blocks open for out of town guests that want to come the night before. Our ceremony will take place @ 3:00pm. The ceremony will be in a small chapel with just the right amount of seats for everyone. The bar will also be open at 2:30pm. I'd recommend getting there 15-20 minutes early to make sure to grab a drink and a seat.

While we would love to have everyone’s dates and significant others, we are on a strict guest list due to limited seats. Please pay attention to your RSVP card you received in the mail. Your invitation will state {your name} + guest (name) if one has been given to you. Anyone not on the guest list will be turned away at the door.

While we would love to have everyone’s kiddos at the wedding, our wedding is kid-free. Enjoy the night off!

There will be transportation provided to and from the venue from our hotel listed in the travel tab. Details on times and arrangements will be coming soon.

Yes, there is a small parking lot at the venue. But there is transportation so please park at the hotel and ride the bus to avoid the possibility of not having anywhere to park and to ensure everyone is being responsible and safe.

We have a hotel block at The Hilton Garden Inn and Comfort Suites in Wooster. MAKE SURE you use the link provided under the travel tab to make sure you are in the hotel block and get the special rate. You can also can also call and tell them you’re with the Hurst/Howard wedding. Hotel info is under the travel tab.
