We kindly ask our guests to RSVP by June 8, 2024. This will give us enough time to accommodate all of our guests and provide the best experience for you all.

We have placed room blocks at 2 hotels for your convenience! Please utilize the booking on our “Travel” tab

We greatly encourage arriving at minimum 20-30 minutes before 6:00PM for our guests to thoroughly enjoy the ambiance leading up to our ceremony. We suggest adding a few minutes to your ETA as there is a small drive up the hill once you arrive to the venue. There is plentiful parking however if you do plan to drink alcohol please consider utilizing taxi services, rideshare apps and hotel accommodations we have provided under our “travel” tab.

Unless otherwise specified when you RSVP, please do not plan on bringing a guest or your children. Due to necessity rather than choice, we had to narrow our guests down. While we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Thank you for understanding.

We kindly ask our guest to wear All Black Formal Attire and welcome you to express yourselves by putting your personal creative twist on a classic (accessories, shoes, hats, textures,etc.) ! We have attached some examples below for your convenience. The bride and groom are both lovers of fashion and can’t wait to see your style!

Our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors. Our Reception will be held indoors. All events will take place at the same venue, Callaway Vineyard & Winery.
