Go brewery hopping - our favorites include Flying Bison and Belt Line - or enjoy a cocktail at Buffalo Distilling.

The Buffalo AKG Art Museum (formerly the Albright-Knox Art Gallery) is one of the oldest museums dedicated to the art of our time, and the sixth oldest public art institution in the United States. Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens

Renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted designed South Park in Buffalo, which eventually became the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens. In addition to the thousands of species of plant life arranged in beautiful themed gardens, the main attraction here is the Victorian conservatory, which was inspired by London’s Crystal Palace.

Hiking/Strolling

Niagara Falls (26-min drive): Buffalo's main attraction! Bring your passport if you want to see the Falls from the better side (Canada).


Outer Harbor/Wilkeson Point (5-min ferry): Rent a bike (or walk) in Canalside and hop on the Queen City Ferry ($1 each way) to get to the Outer Harbor where there are plenty of walking paths.


Bird Island Pier (9-min drive): Walk 2.2 miles on a path with great views of the Niagara River, Lake Erie, the Peace Bridge and the Buffalo skyline.


Delaware Park (10-min drive): Visit Buffalo's largest 350-acre park. Walk around Hoyt Lake, visit the Japanese gardens, or enjoy a beer from Resurgence Brewing at Resurgence in the Park.
