His POV:

It’s been five years so my memory is a little fuzzy but I guess this is how Tiffany and I met: The year was 2018, the month was November, and I obviously cannot recall the date. As I glanced across the dental conference room, a pair of big round eyes met mine. During that half a second, my soul was exposed naked as if it took a trip through a TSA scanner. “Hmm, such a strange girl”, I thought. Fast forward to the early summer of 2019, as I was leaving a party, dreading the long trek home, I heard a rumbling noise approaching from the back. A black BMW pulled up next to me with the window slowly rolling down. It was the X-ray vision girl again. “Need a ride?”, she asked curtly. I blurted out “Yes”. Five years later, though Tiffany might protest violently, I vouch that this is the most authentic account on how we first met.

Her POV:

Duy and I first met at the end of 2018 during a dental fraternity event, when I first started at UCSF. We chatted briefly that night then went our separate ways, neither of us realizing the significance of the interaction. Because we were a couple of classes apart, after that first meeting we would only run into each other again a few times in the coming months. In May of 2019 however, it would all change when at the end of a beer pong competition, I found myself and Duy amongst some of the last people still lingering. Because we had been chatting that night, as we walked out I offered him (and someone else!) a ride home on my way back. The next day, he sent me a message over Facebook thanking me for the ride, and now here we find ourselves 5 years later, preparing for our big day!
