Unplugged Ceremony…please read
We kindly ask that during our ceremony you keep all phones and electronics off and put away. This is an unplugged ceremony and we have an AMAZING photographer (Chelsea with Where We Wander Photography) and videographer (Zach with Zach Jansma Creative) that will be capturing our day.
We know everyone will want to take photos and share memories from our day, but we ask that you please respect our photography and videography team during ceremony time. Once the ceremony is over and cocktail hour has started please feel free to take all the photos and videos.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible. We are requesting RSVP's be completed no later than September 15, 2023. You can RSVP via this website under the RSVP tab, if you are bringing a guest that we do not have their name listed and it says “your name” GUEST we would love if you could please type in your guests name.
What time should we arrive?
It is encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure you get parking and can find your seat at the ceremony location.
What should we wear?
If you know us you know we are all about that western style! It is highly encouraged you bust out those cowboy boots as we hope to see you kick some dust up on the dance floor. We want everyone to be comfortable so men don't hesitate to wear your best pair of blue jeans and maybe even a cowboy hat. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will both be outdoors.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both ceremony and reception are taking place at a private estate located in Indio, CA. Please refer to you invite for the exact address.
Is there a registry?
Gifts are not necessary nor expected, however if you would like to contribute to the celebration of our marriage we have set up a few funds as we continue to build our future, as well as, a registry on Amazon and Pamper Chef.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian options?
Please let us know if you have any dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate. Our dinner menu has vegetarian friendly sides but our main dish is BBQ so please let us know in advance.
What will weather be like this time of year?
This time of year you can expect to need a light sweater or jacket in the evenings as it begins to cool off and a gorgeous daytime breeze with sun shining bright. Temperature generally ranges from a low of 50 and high of 74 degrees.
Will there be an open bar?

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation to see who the invite was addressed to, as well as, when you RSVP the website will list the names of your party/family members that are invited. Unfortunately we’re unable to provide everyone with a plus one due to space.
Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Due to the nature of our venue and for safety reasons we kindly ask that you leave all children at home. We have also accounted for a certain amount of food and children were not included in that number.
