The shuttle will start running from the Mountain Inn at 3PM and will run for an hour until the start of the ceremony at 4PM. Please arrive on time to catch the shuttle to the ceremony location. Otherwise, it will be a long hike! :-)
If your housing is booked through Wintergreen, you can keep your car at the place you are staying and call an on demand shuttle to take you to Mountain Inn, which will also take you back to your lodging after the reception. In addition, you may park at the Mountain Inn but please do not drink and drive!
For guys: long sleeve button down shirt with suit jacket and slacks
For girls: cocktail dresses or similar
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception.

The shuttle will take you back down to the Mountain Inn, where we will have cocktail hour starting at 5PM at the Blue Ridge Terrace, with a reception to follow at 6PM.
Yes, a wifi password will be provided to all wedding guests.
