Oh, where to even begin? I guess the very beginning is as good a place as any!

Trevor and Tiffany first crossed paths in 2017 by pure chance. He was the roommate of some friends Tiffany was visiting in Pflugerville. She saw him in passing a few times, but they barely spoke. He eventually moved out, she eventually moved to Austin, and that was that—no more Trevor in sight!

Fast forward to February 2023. Tiffany had moved home for a few months to be with her mom and had just returned to Pflugerville. She needed a new roommate, and in walked Trevor to check out the place. Tiffany greeted him with, “Yeah, we’ve met before! You really love the lingonberry crepes from IHOP.” Tiffany, however, got a stare and a very bewildered, “What the f***?” from Trevor.

Neither of them was looking for love—far from it. These two fools were convinced they were just going to be really good friends. And to be fair, they *were*: the best of friends. They stayed up talking about everything under the sun, built a blanket-and-pillow fort in the living room, and spent countless nights watching TV and laughing.

Then, in December 2023, something shifted. They both felt it, even if they weren’t quite ready to admit it.

When Tiffany left for a few weeks to be with her grandmother, Trevor was there every day—calling, checking in, staying connected from morning to night.

Somewhere in that stretch, he realized he had to tell her how he felt. Somewhere in that same stretch, she realized she had fallen hard for the man who was supposed to be *just* her roommate.

By March 2024, the truth was out, and they’ve been growing their friendship—and their weird, silly, wonderful love—ever since.

Since then, they’ve visited Chicago twice, taken road trips, and spent two unforgettable weeks in Italy. They’ve tried new foods, explored new places, made endless memories, made each other laugh, and constantly forgot to take pictures because they were too busy having fun.

On July 15th, 2025, Trevor asked Tiffany to continue being his best friend and to keep building a life together. In classic Tiffany fashion, she knocked over a wine glass in her rush to hug him and shout, “A million times yes!”

They may have met years ago, but fate waited until the timing was perfect—and now the rest is history.
