We met at the beginning of medical school at a social event to float the Illinois River. Brent asked me on a date the next day to get snowcones, which I obviously said yes to!

Every year around the same time as our first date, we like to celebrate by getting snowcones!

In March 2023, we found out we matched at OU Emergency Medicine Residency together in Tulsa!

In April 2023, we took a trip to Akumal, Mexico where Brent proposed! Brent took me to a remote beach where he hid a note in a bottle asking me to marry him!

We graduated from medical school in May 2023 and moved into our first place in Jenks, Oklahoma!

In July of 2023, we began residency together! We sometimes get to work together on shift which is always a special treat!
