✨Rich and Tikea met the old fashioned way on Tinder lol. Their first date was at a taco spot on Fort Lauderdale beach. They spent the whole night talking and laughing, but little did they know that this meeting was destined to happen.

A few years into their relationship Richard and Tikea decided to go on a trip and they needed someone to keep Tikea‘s dad and brother company. They decided to ask Richard‘s mom to come stay at their home, and when she walked into the house, she stated that the home seemed very familiar as well as the people in it. She quickly realized that she knew Tikea’s father from their hometown in Jamaica. She used to attend Tikea‘s big sister’s birthday parties that a family friend would bring her to every year when she was younger, and the family friend that would bring Richard‘s mom to the birthday parties was really good friends with Tikea‘s parents. After leaving Jamaica, Tikea‘s parents lost contact with their friends and Tikea’s father had been looking for his friends for many years. After Tikea and Rich left for their trip, Rich’s mom decided to drive Tikea‘s dad to Port St. Lucie for a sweet reunion with his old friends. Tikea‘s father was so emotional because he had waited 35 years for their reunion. Tikea’s father passed away a short while after their reunion.

Tikea and Richard share a beautiful bond, and they are amazed at the progress and growth they have made throughout the years! Love is a beautiful thing and true friendship and love is what keeps their springs in constant bloom and their summers flaming with love!
