If you are staying on site at Black Canyon Inn then you will be able to walk to and from the venue from your cabin or suite. For guests staying off site in Estes Park, please read the important information below!

Before the wedding

Estes Park Trolley will make pickups at the following locations at 3:30PM:

-The Estes Park Resort

- Murphy's Resort

- Best Western - Silver Saddle

- The downtown Visitor Center *This is a great option for guests staying at an Air BnB. The visitor center allows for free parking for any guest wanting a ride on the trolley to and from the wedding venue. The trolley just cannot make additional drop offs to Air Bnbs.

Starting at 3:30pm, the trolley will make 2 loops to pick up and transport guests to The Black Canyon Inn. Please plan to be ready at 3:30pm to ensure that you will have a ride, the trolley will only seat 24 guests per trip. Food and drink are allowed on the trolley just be mindful of making a mess!

After the wedding:

The first pick up will be at 10:00pm and the trolley is out of service at midnight. The trolley will make the same drop off locations:

-The Estes Park Resort

-Murphy's Resort

-Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn

-The Downtown Visitor Center

*If you would like to drive to the wedding, that is allowed as well! There is plenty of parking on site. Estes Park is a small town so you will have a quick drive to the venue from any hotel/bnb in the area!*
