We recommend booking rooms ASAP! There is a large baseball tournament in Lynchburg this weekend and blocks were limited!
The Lynchburg Grand is located in downtown and will be a location for shuttle transportation. The Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites are located in the Wards Road area and we will plan a central shuttle pick up and drop off location among those! I have listed other hotels in the Wards Road area that still have rooms but were unable to offer blocks due to the tournament so if you're interested in one of these go ahead and book outside of a block and we should be able to coordinate the central shuttle location!
Cut off dates for blocks are generally 30 days before the wedding!

This hotel is in downtown Lynchburg, unfortunately not part of a hotel block but very nice rooms. Only two blocks from shuttle pick-up/drop-off so an option for those who might want to stay here.

No hotel block, but another option on Wards Road! Will plan to have a central location on Wards Road for shuttle pick up and drop off!
Craddock Terry Hotel
No hotel block available but located in downtown Lynchburg and only a few blocks from The Lynchburg Grand and The Virginian so could still utilize the shuttle!
