The dress code is cocktail with spring colors and neutrals encouraged. This means that suits and dresses are welcome, and any other attire that is weather-appropriate. No jeans, khakis, flip-flops, or shorts please! Please feel free to bring sunglasses for the ceremony and to remove any jackets at any time you're too warm. Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Please refer to your RSVP to see if a plus one is explicitly listed.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones - however, due to the nature of our venue we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only (18+) event with the exception of children of our immediate family. If you have questions please feel free to ask. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
Will there be transportation? Are there Ubers/Lyfts available?
Because Butler is a rural area ride-share platforms are extremely sparse. To make the day as stress-free as possible a bus shuttle service will be available during certain time frames. Transportation will be available from the hotels to the ceremony, and after reception to hotels or after party and then to the hotels. Buses will be scheduled and have limited arrivals so please plan accordingly. The schedule for each hotel pick-up is posted under the transportation section of the website.
I see the reception ends early, will there be an after party?
We've got you covered. The plan is to have an after-party at the 11th frame immediately after the reception. Transportation will be available from the reception to the 11th frame and then to the hotels.
What about transportation back to the hotel?
We have you covered for the whole evening. There will be one bus directly to the hotel from the venue at 10 pm, and one bus that will take guests to the after party at 9:30 pm and 10 pm.
From the after party buses will run in a loop to the hotels with an on demand basis.
I can't attend the wedding in person, will there be a live stream?
We know not everyone can make our wedding in person. Mikaela's family is all over the states, and a portion of Tim's family is also out of state. We unfortunately will not be able to live stream. However, we will have a video from our videographer around 6-8 weeks after the wedding that we would love to share with you.
Will there be a bridal/dollar dance?
There sure will be for both Mikaela and Tim so come ready to dance!
