To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by August 15, 2024. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Yes, all activities are at the Dempsey Event Center.

Please park in the parking lot at 5808 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035. Turn in by Martiny's BBQ, drive past the BBQ/drive thru and the Dempsey parking lot will be on the right. There will be a Dempsey Event Parking sign. You will follow the boardwalk onto the property from the back of the parking lot. If needed, valet parking will be available at 123 Hyatts Road, the formal address of the Dempsey Event Center. Uber/Lyft are welcome to drop off at the formal address.

If you are attending the Ceremony, please arrive by 4:00 PM ET. The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM ET. Any guests who arrive after 4:30 PM ET will be asked to wait outside of the venue until the ceremony ends. Thank you for your understanding. If you plan to attend the Reception only, please arrive during Cocktail Hour, between 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET.

Please dress in formal/cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing shorts/jeans, but do dress for the weather.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event. Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and paved terrain.

In 2023, the weather was 77 - 86 degrees and mostly cloudy. Historically, the average has been 73 degrees. The reception will be in a tented area.

As the venue does have limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited to the wedding. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us!

During the wedding ceremony, we kindly ask that no photos and videos are taken. We would love our guests to be present in the moment with us. We would love to see cocktail hour and the reception from your point of view, so please take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

The reception will end at 10:30 PM ET.
