Tim and Christina met on Tinder in November of 2019. Despite an immediate connection, a long term relationship seemed unlikely as Christina had recently accepted a job as a flight attendant and would be moving to Dallas.

Even though they were miles apart, Tim and Tina could not seem to let go of the relationship that was beginning to build and decided to pursue a long distance relationship. Tina ended up living in Denver, Colorado, and Tim would visit as often as he could.

And then of course... Covid happened, the thing none of us could have expected. With the airline industry shutting down and her lease in Denver expiring, Covid ended up being a blessing in disguise as Tina decided to move back to Chicago in May of 2020.

A cute little dog (Otto), a first house in Westmont, and several once in a lifetime trips around the world later, Tim and Tina got engaged while traveling through Japan on April 1st, 2023.
