Where will the ceremony and reception take place at the venue?
The ceremony will take place outside if weather permits. There are multiple ceremony sites at the venue. The ushers will be able to lead you to the correct ceremony site. The ceremony will take about 30 minutes. The reception will be indoors/on an outdoor patio. There is air conditioning indoors and hand fans will be provided for the outdoor ceremony.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony the bridal party and immediate family will take formal photographs together. This should last from thirty after five until six o’clock. During this time, wedding guests may make their way to the reception. There will be snacks and drinks provided with a cash bar as well.
Will there be a bar?
There will be full service bar for alcoholic beverages. This will be a cash bar. On average the drinks are $4-$10 depending on the beverage you choose. Please tip your bartender if you use these services. We care deeply about service workers! There will be tea, lemonade, and water available though!
Is the ceremony/reception handicapped accessible?
Yes! The event is handicapped accessible. There will be a golf cart that will take anyone to the ceremony site if the walk is a little far for you. The ushers will be able to assist anyone in getting to the ceremony site and back to the reception.
Is there parking?
Yes! The venue has free parking to the left of the reception building. It is a gravel parking lot.
What is the deadline for RSVP?
Please RSVP by July 15th, 2023.
May I bring a guest?
While we would love to be able to include any and everyone, we need to abide by our budget. We have tried to allow a plus 1 for anyone that may be coming alone. Please reach out if there is not a plus one option for you and we will do our best to make any accommodations we can!
