What are my parking options?

The property has a limited number of parking spaces available in their garage, and as such they cannot offer a discounted rate for parking access. Guests who elect to park onsite should expect a charge of $30/night, and they cannot guarantee availability prior to check-in. As such, they highly encourage guests to make use of a variety of city-run parking options in the East Village. The nearest city ramp is directly across from them at 555 E 4th Street, and offers overnight parking at a third of the rate. Guests are welcome to use the loading zone in front of the lobby for check-in and unloading and then move their vehicle to their preferred parking location.

Does the hotel offer airport shuttle services?

Absolutely! The AC hotel shuttle is available from 7am-11pm daily for airport transportation. Please know that airport pickups are not scheduled in advance due to flight delays, and guests should call the hotel upon landing at DSM so they can dispatch the shuttle at that time.
