What time should I arrive?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ dressy casual attire. Please refrain from wearing dark and light purple and white, those colors are reserved for the wedding party. The ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The ceremony and reception will take place outside during the summer season. Please plan accordingly and dress in a way that will allow you to dance the night away.
What food will be provided?
There will be a pasta bar served with gluten free options available. Along with salad and breadsticks.
Are we allowed in the lavender fields?
This is a working farm. No guests will be permitted in the lavender fields at any time. Photo shoots for the wedding party are allowed. Some honeybees are happily at work in the fields and wish not to be disturbed. On the rare occasion, that client or guests were to be stung by a bee(s), Castle Rock Lavender Farm is not liable for any bodily injury. If you are allergic, please remember to bring an epipen.
Will there be restrooms?
There will be two portable restrooms provided, one of which is ADA-accessible.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at the venue in a grass field. Follow signs for the wedding. If you need help let Morgan or Tim know ahead of time.
Is smoking/vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
What drinks will be provided?
Water, Pop, Beer, Wine, Cider, and 2 mixed drinks will be provided during the wedding.
