Our Wedding

Tim and Mirisah met for the first time on April 23, 2022, after talking through text messages for a couple of weeks. Tim picked Mirisah up from her family home and they had a nice lunch of a shared order of fish and chips at Sociables in Springhill NS. They spent the next few months dating within the Springhill area before Mirisah spent her first weekend meeting Tim's family in Truro NS. In November 2022 Tim and Mirisah unofficially moved in together at the mini home that they have made their home. Fully making the commitment of moving in together on their one-year anniversary. Around this time Tim and Mirisah started their family by adopting their cat Gizmo. They have overcome many struggles over the year, coming out the other side stronger together, before becoming engaged on December 29 2023. In September 2024, their family grew when they added another paw baby in their puppy Artemis.

Our ceremony will be 100% unplugged. We have the talented Stephanie Tanner joining us to photograph our day and would love all our loved ones to be present here in the moment with us. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Guest photos of the reception are encouraged. A QR code to an online gallery will be available, so the bride and groom can see all the fun everyone had. There will also be a use your phone photo area.

Although we are excited to see all the fun from our guest's perspective at the reception, we are asking all guest to refrain from any social media post until the bride and groom have had the chance to make the first post about their special day.
