How to find the Ceremony
The Wedding Ceremony will take place at noon in Berkhamsted Town Hall, HP4 3AP. The Town Hall is situated on Berkhamsted's busy High Street. The entrance is through the green door to the right of Prime Restaurant. There is a flight of stairs, with the ceremony taking place on the first floor.
Please be aware it will be market say on Berkhamsted High Street.
We ask that all guests have arrived and are seated ahead of the 12pm start.
Where can I park?
In Berkhamsted, the Lower Kings Road Multi-Story Carpark, HP4 2AB, is 150meters from the Town Hall. Pay and display is £1.50 for 2x hours, payable by cash, card or phone.
St Leonards Parish Hall has some limited parking out front including overflow on the playing field grass, to the left of the hall.
On street parking is an option but please be considerate to residents and other road users.
How accessible are the venues?
Disabled Access for Berkhamsted Town Hall -
Pass the entrance of the Town Hall (on your left) and turn left down the alleyway right before WH Smiths. You will pass the Royal British Legion, after which you will turn left and you will see the rear entrance to The Town Hall, which has a lift up to the Ceremony Room. Staff will be available to greet you and assist with access to the hall.
Please let a member of the wedding party know in advance if you will need to use the accessible entrance.
St Leonards Village Hall is all on one level and includes disabled bathroom.
Are children welcome?
With respect this will be an adult event, however children under 12 months of age are welcome. Please contact us if you have any special requirements for children.
How Far is the Ceremony from the Reception?
These are not in the same location, nor is this walkable.
St. Leonard's Parish Hall is approximately 15 mins by car from Berkhamsted town hall.
We recommend pre-booking any taxis in advance.
Guests are welcome to arrive at St. Leonards from 13.30pm for drinks and canapes.
