Our Wedding

We couldn't have asked for a better meeting spot, someone&nbsp;else's&nbsp;wedding. Tim was there as a co-bestman and Naomi was there as a friend of the bride.&nbsp; They had&nbsp;started up a conversation and spent the weekend getting to know each other.&nbsp; Tim then left for overseas and Naomi went back to Madison but they decided to keep talking with one another.&nbsp;

The Meeting

Dating while&nbsp;Tim served over seas provided a difficult challenge, but with love anything can be accomplished.&nbsp; For their second date Tim flew to madison and met Naomi's family and friends. But on the third date they met in Dubai. After two years of dating&nbsp;long distance, Naomi finally agreed to move&nbsp;to Virginia Beach with Tim.&nbsp;

The Traveling

After explaining to Naomi that they would not be engaged for quite some time, Tim finally surprised her during an early morning walk on the hill&nbsp;top where her family cabin sat.&nbsp; It was Thanksgiving day&nbsp;and as they looked out out at the view Tim asked Naomi to marry him, sort of. They spent the rest of the day celebrating with family and friends.&nbsp;

The Proposal

After spending a year and a half engaged, Naomi and Tim are enjoying their life together in Madison, WI where they are kept busy by their earless cat Eeyore and their giant puppy dog Koda.&nbsp; Although this year hasn't gone exactly like they had planned they are excited to have a small ceremony on July 11th with a few family and friends . A larger party will be held Friday September 11th at the barn on Stoney Hill where they hope to celebrate further.&nbsp;
