<p>I like to think that we are kind of a full circle type of story. Our families knew each other well when we were younger. We both graduated high school and started college at different times, but through life's many adventures, lost touch for many years. Then, through social media we reconnected and started catching up on the years that had gone by. We found that it was oddly amazing that we had so much in common even after all the time that had past. Being that we were in different states, we made the decision to meet face to face, and it was beyond natural and easy. Although we weren't looking for a relationship, we just liked each other's company and getting to know the adult versions of ourselves. We continued to keep in touch and before we knew it, &lt;insert the cliche&gt; we knew we wanted to be closer, however a long distance relationship wasn't going to work. We combined our families and started life together. Through the years there has been laughter and tears, joys and sorrows, new experiences. Through it all, each and every day, we choose each other.
