<p>Our story began at the good old Cheese Cake Factory back in 2012. Not where we first fell in love or went on our first date, but where we first met, working side by side as servers. We always knew it was going to be a good work day/night when we were work neighbors in the same section taking orders and helping each other out. We never dated at The Cheese, but we were always good friends. In 2014 we both went our separate ways and moved on from working there. Many years had passed, however we remained friends on social media. We both always had a special spot for one another and always found ourselves liking each other’s photos throughout the years. The photos and thoughts were seemingly a lot heavier than normal in 2021 for both of us and we couldn't seem to get one another off our mind. Early April Nelson posted a picture of Girl Scout cookies that He had bought to try for the first time and of course, Tina commented on it.. Nelson shot his shot and said “I have some saved to share with you if you’d like to join me sometime.” It was a wrap after that. We meet up a few weeks later at the marina. We sat on a blanket, ate Girl Scout cookies, drank wine, and talked for hours...it was the first time seeing each other in 6 years and it was as if not a second had passed. We both got into our cars that night knowing our story wasn’t ending there. One month later Nelson asked Tina to be his girlfriend. 2 years later in the same spot Nelson got Down on one knee and proposed in the exact spot in front of all our family and friends. Our story has been a flow of thankfulness, many prayers, and blessings. We thank God every day for bringing us together. We cannot wait to become Husband and Wife and celebrate with our closest Friends and Family!</p>
