We met online two days after I moved to the Traverse City area from Jackson. We went on our first date two days later, on March 12th, 2016, before I even started my new job at the hospital. Mike asked me for a second date and we went out two days after that. Then we spent most of our free time together. We became best friends, I moved in together in August of 2016, along with my dog Daisy. She soon became more Mike’s dog than mine, following him around everywhere he went. We bought a house together in May 2017. We also adopted our dog peanut in May 2017. We found out we were expecting our first child on June 17th, 2017. We decided to get married in August 2017. Declan Michael was born on January 25th, 2018. Our wedding is planned for September 22nd, 2018.
