Our Wedding

It all started with a simple swipe in January & thanks to Bumble, fate (and a bold caption) brought us together. His profile read, “I hope you have your ducks in a row, because I have mine in a row,” and that caught my eye. Naturally, I couldn’t resist the challenge, I listed how my life was in order and asked how he planned to match it. That one message sparked a conversation that never really ended. As we moved off Bumble and started talking every day, there was something about him that felt familiar, yet exciting. In his words, it was my British accent so irresistible that made him want to meet the girl behind the voice. And maybe I gently tricked him into a Valentine’s Day first date… but hey, the rest is history. What began with witty banter and shared ambitions has grown into something even more beautiful. Over the past two years, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and a few surprises, like him now eating Nigerian food, singing along to Nigerian music, and casually dropping Nigerian slang like he was born to it. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you on August 22nd, surrounded by the people we love most.
