If you are flying to join us for the weekend we recommend researching flight options to Pittsburgh International Airport (1.5 hour drive to resort) or Arnold Palmer Regional Airport, Latrobe, PA (40 minute dive to resort).
WHERE IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY BEING HELD?
Our wedding ceremony will be at The Meadowoods located on the Seven Springs Mountain Resort property. This location is outdoors. Please consider this when choosing your attire for the day.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED ATTIRE FOR THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
We kindly request that all guests arrive in cocktail attire. Cocktail attire includes tea-length, knee-length, or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, little black dresses, a suit and tie, or a dark jacket and slacks.
IF I AM STAYING AT SEVEN SPRINGS MOUNTAIN RESORT, IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO THE CEREMONY?
Yes! A shuttle will be provided for all guest to the ceremony location. The first shuttle will depart from the main lodge at 2:45 PM. The shuttle will return guests to the main lodge for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.
CAN I DRIVE TO THE CEREMONY MYSELF?
Absolutely! The Meadowoods is on the Seven Springs property. There is a limited amount of reserved parking at the venue. Input the following address into your GPS for directions: 187 Farm Rd, Champion, PA 15622.
IF IT RAINS, WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY BE HELD?
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in The Alpine Room inside Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Guests will be notified via text if there is any change in the ceremony location no later than 1PM.
WHERE WILL THE COCKTAIL PARTY BE HELD?
Cocktail hour will take place in the Matterhorn Bar immediately following the ceremony. This location is adjacent to The Alpine Room.
WHERE IS THE RECEPTION BEING HELD?
The reception will take place in The Alpine Room inside of Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
