We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hawks Cay Resort (888)-395-5539. These rooms are reserved for you to book and pay for by Jan 12, 2025. But there is a handful of other hotels and accommodations in the area for you to choose from.

We love all your little ones, but for this celebration we kindly request no children. Adults only celebration.

We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, as it's a special color for the bride. We can't wait to see your lovely outfits! Our wedding will be taking place outdoors at the Oasis lawn area followed by reception in the Overseas ballroom. May we suggest sundresses or cocktail attire with sandals or comfortable heels for the woman and button-down shirts with pants for the men. Please, no athletic wear.

Yes! If we haven't received your RSVP by specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as "not attending."

Kindly RSVP by January 12th, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or by mail once you receive mail in card.

To create an intimate atmosphere and to cherish the magic of the moment, we invite you to join us in an unplugged ceremony, and kindly ask for you to refrain from using your devices. We will have an amazing photographer and will share all the pictures with you! We are more than happy for you to take photos/video once the ceremony is over. There will be a QR code for you to scan so you can simply upload your captured memories to our album on 'Wedshoots'.

Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

The ceremony starts at 6:00pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes before that time to allow for parking and finding your seat.

Your presence at our wedding is present enough, so don't worry about what to buy as we are lucky to have plenty of stuff! However, if you’re thinking of giving a gift, to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon, would really make our day!
