We ask that guest wear Semi- Formal or Dressy Casual for the wedding. Examples of Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual for Women: a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates is a good choice. Examples of Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual for Men: a suit and tie is always a good choice but a dress shirt with dress pants is also an option.

While we love little ones, we kindly request this be an adult-only wedding.

We do not have a registry. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated.

If you go to the Travel section of the wedding Website, you will see a list of recommended hotels. There are many hotel choices in Holland. The wedding receptions will be at Haworth Hotel at Hope College. The Hayworth Hotel is located in Downtown Holland. There are many hotels within a 5-10 Drive of the location of the wedding reception.

There is a lot of construction going on in Holland at this time. The street that the wedding ceremony is being held at is currently under construction. Morningside Drive is under construction as well as 32nd Street. We would recommend that you take Waverly Road to 32nd Street, which is under construction and is actually a one way road at this point. Once on 32nd Street, Morningside Park is about a mile on the left, just past Covenant Church. The best place to park for the ceremony is in the Church parking lot.

For parking at the wedding ceremony, we would advise you to park at the Covenant Church parking lot, which is directly across from Morningside Park. For parking at the reception, because Haworth Hotel is located in Downtown Holland, there is very limited parking at the hotel site. There is a lot of parking options around the hotel and downtown area.

Yes there will be alcohol. It will be a cash bar but they will only accept debit/credit cards. Other beverages will be provided but if you plan on consuming alcohol, please plan on purchasing this through their bar service using a debit or credit card.
